For Desjardin, the company number must be 8 characters long. If your company code is shorter than this, we need to append a 0 at the front.
EXAMPLE: For company V001, the value must be 0000V001

1) Go to Manage My Bussiness and verify that Peachtree is selected, if not select it and save the setup:

2) Go to the Reports option and select Export to Peachtree:

3) Select the information according to the steps mentioned in the preparation report and once everything is done click on Create Report:

4) Finally the CSV file will be generated, save it in your hard disk by clicking on Save Link As, as shown in the screen:

Importing in peachtree:
1) In the File option, go to Select Import/Export:

2) In the select Import/Export screen, click on (1) Time/Expense, then select (2) Time Ticket Register and finally click on (3) Import

3) Go to the the options tab (1), select the file to be imported (2) and finally press OK (3), the data will be imported.

Thursday, March 22nd, 2012Setting up Quickbooks
- Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS -> GENERAL -> GENERAL SETTINGS
- Under Payroll, select Quickbooks as the payroll option.
- A popup will appear, requesting you to import payroll items. Any items you have already entered will be displayed here.
- Select a file to import.
- Click on Upload file, that will load the items list to save them. (Any duplicates will be detected)
- All items will be listed, where you can select which you want to bring into the TimeWellScheduled system.
- Next, you will be shown an employee list, where you can select which Payroll Type coincides with each employee.
- Click Save to save any changes.
- Click on the link below where you previously selected Quickbooks in the Payroll settings to create a CSV file.
Exporting to Quickbooks
- Go to REPORTS -> PAYROLL -> QUICKBOOKS EXPORT DATA.
- Select the time frame you wish to export, as well as departments/employees you want in the report.
- Click “Create Report”.
- Click the file link to download it.

- Approve timecards
- Select reports
- Select either:
- Hours preparation report
- Hour and shift preparation report
- Hour, shift and pay preparation report
- Enter the required date range for the pay period
- Check all departments, hourly, active and verify if all the employees that fit this category are properly selected
- Compare to PAYweb report and verify if accurate, then print
- View and print report
- Export to: select PAYweb
- Right click the selected named report
- Save link as
- Name report something meaningful such as pp11_2011.txt to your desktop
- Follow directions from Payweb to upload to their FTP server
From PAYweb
- Notify PAYweb.ca support that you want to upload your Timecard file through SFTP, and wait for login access.
- Download and install a FTP Client (eg. Filezilla), and configure a ftp connection to sftp.payweb.ca.
- After ensuring your files name is TIMECARD.TXT, and it is in a fixed length ASCII format, upload your Timecard file to the PAYweb SFTP server.
- From the Process Payroll menu, click Receive Time.
- You will receive a file confirmation message. Click Enter to continue.
- You will receive a post confirmation message. Click Enter to continue.
- If you have any errors, you will be notified. Otherwise, click Enter to continue to the Display Reports screen.
- The reports will be listed on this page, where you can print the reports to verify the total hours uploaded from the time collection system.

IMPORTANT: To make any corrections, you have two choices:
- Make the correction using option 1. Enter Payroll
- Go back to TimeWellScheduled, and correct the file there and resubmit. (You will need to contact [email protected] to reset the timecard file, if you select this option.)
How To Transfer TimeCards to EasyPay

One time procedure: Create a new folder under EasyData and name it “TimeCards”. Create a shortcut path to the TimeCard folder (i.e. network share) Example z:\EASYDATA\CTC142\Timecards\
EasyPay: the EasyPay Customizer module must already be installed and setup
before you can do your first transfer.
From TimeWellScheduled
- Approve timecards
- Select reports
- Select either:
- Hours preparation report
- Hour and shift preparation report
- Hour, shift and pay preparation report
- Enter the required date range for the pay period
- Check all departments, hourly, active and verify if all the employees that fit this category are properly selected
- Compare to EasyPay report and verify if accurate, then print
- View and print report
- Export to: select EasyPay
- Right click the selected named report
- Save link using a meaningful file name like pp11_2011.txt
- Save the file to the shortcut path created (refer to OneTime
procedure above) - Check to ensure that the file was saved to the desired folder
- Make sure to use the correct file name and not the default
name.
From EasyPay
- Close previous pay period
- Make any changes to employee profiles (i.e. terminations,
activations) - Print list of active employees using the click & pick reports
- Select Periodic
- Select Customizer Module
- Select import timecards
- Select create regular time cards
- Check to ensure correct pay period is showing. Change as
required - Select Import Folder/File, select the correct folder that has already
been setup - Click O.K. twice
- Verify that the timecards are there
