You may notice the scanner working, but it doesn’t do anything on the login page. You must ensure the browser is the active window. If you were using another window, the browser lost the focus and will no longer receive the biometric information. Click the title bar of the browser to make it the active window.
I setup my settings so the PAID timecard value matches the ACTUAL, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Why?
Under Manage My Business » General » Manage My Schedule Settings and Time Card Settings you can turn on timecards so that PAID hours match ACTUAL hours. This feature works on automatically approved timecards only. Manual (yellow) timecards still need to be approved....
