When we originally launched our biometric option, we integrated the solution with Java. This worked but as the years passed, browsers slowly dropped their support of java.
With that, we have a new solution coming that will NOT need java to be installed. Simply run a new install program and any new browser will work.
Specific HOW TO will come and we will email all clients directly. No changes to the device will happen and the site will continue to work the same.
