How do I show employees roles on the schedule screen?

To show employee roles on the schedule screen:
- Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
- Go to MANAGE SCHEDULE AND TIME CARD SETTINGS
- Under the SCHEDULING tab, check off this option

How do see how many absences an employee has taken?
|
If you’re using the HR Suite, you can check employee totals this way.
If not, you can follow these steps to see the absence counts taken:
- Go to REPORTS
- Go to ABSENCE REPORTS
- Go to ABSENCE REPORT BY HOURS, click GO
- Change the date range to match the period you’re looking to report on
|

How to archive/mark read all my messages
|
If you have a large number of messages that you want to archive or mark read, you can:
- Go to MESSAGES
- Click the ARCHIVE ALL button
- Accept the confirmation popup
Your messages are now archived.
