We’re thrilled to announce the release of our revamped Punch App. This major revision ensures a smoother, more reliable experience with upgraded tools and fixes, including full support for facial recognition on the latest iOS versions.

Here’s what you need to know:
  1. Update Required: You’ll need to manually update the app via the App Store. Once the release is live, simply visit the App Store, find the Punch App, and run the update.
  2. Re-enter Credentials: After updating, you’ll need to re-enter your company credentials. Follow the simple steps outlined in our installation guide starting at Step 3.
We recommend updating as soon as possible to enjoy the improved functionality. Thank you for your continued support as we work to enhance your experience!

To find your company ID,
  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to GENERAL SETTINGS
  3. Go to the PUNCH CLOCK SETUP tab
  4. You will see the value here

How do I remove the validation that is done when I publish a schedule?

You can disable these alerts by payroll type,
  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to MANAGE PAYROLL TYPES
  3. Pick the type, click EDIT
  4. UNCHECK this option
