Updates – March 27, 2018

Today we released several updates to TimeWellScheduled which include:

  • For those of you using EasyPay for payroll there is a new employee import format. You can now take the employee export directly from EasyPay and import it into TimeWellScheduled.
    Where to find this – click the menu EMPLOYEES, there is a link to upload your employee list
  • Messages are now colour coded to quickly show if they have been read or not. Yellow means unread, green means they’ve been read.
    Where to find this – click the menu MESSAGES
  • A new alert is available
    Send an alert to the employee’s reporting supervisor when they leave EARLY from EXIT

This alert will trigger when the employee leaves BEFORE their scheduled end of their shift.
Where to find this – click MANAGE MY BUSINESS, MANAGE SCHEDULE AND TIME CARD SETTINGS

 

You can now mark a time card approved AND also mark a sick day attached to it. If for example you are recording PAID SICK DAYS, you want to approve the timecard and at the same time, record the absence. In the time card approval screen there is now the option to do so.
Where to find this – click TIME CARD & PAYROLL, REVIEW UPDATE AND APPROVE TIME CARDS and find the time card you want to approve.
