Recording Absence Times

When marking an absence based on a shift (from the WHO’S WORKING or REVIEW TIME CARD page, you will be presented with the following options:

1. Paid hours left in shift – this is the time left in the employees shift
2. Same as their shift – this is the PAID hours an employee would have received if they worked the entire shift
   If you reside in B.C. (Canada) then you have a third option:

3. Paid sick calculation – this uses the new report that we added, and will show if the employee DOES or DOES NOT qualify.
