    Instead of just having everybody wear the same pair of boring shoes, allow your team to expand out and see what works best for them. Not only that, but making sure they’re ready for more than one situation (whether it’s a dusty court or weak ankles!) will keep your staff prepared for whatever comes their way.

Do yourself a favour and ensure that your staff is trained to handle everything that comes with operating your business, regardless of the sector they’re in.
